Abstract: This presentation will highlight the hazards and emergency response actions associated with the specialty gases and liquids used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. Special emphases are placed on the pyrophoric and water reactive materials such as silanes, chlorosilanes, and metalorganic compounds.
